Today has been a bad day. My fibro has acted up today. I was still able to work, though. We went to eat Chinese and then to the grocery store. Later, we went to visit a church member. I am grateful that the bad days are less than the good days. I am enjoying reading until Castle comes on. Night ya'll, Lynn
